Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by RE:THYNKWeb Studios ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RE:THYNKWeb Studios provides web design, development, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Content management system implementation
• SEO optimization
• Website maintenance and support

3. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines will be established in the initial agreement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be adjusted due to:

• Client delays in providing necessary materials or feedback
• Requested changes to the project scope
• Technical challenges or unforeseen circumstances

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Additional services will be billed separately
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to all final deliverables. RE:THYNKWeb Studios retains rights to:

• Display work in our portfolio
• Reuse non-custom code components
• Retain ownership of unused design concepts

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary content and materials
• Timely communication and feedback
• Review and approval of deliverables
• Ensuring proper rights to all provided materials

7. Limitation of Liability

RE:THYNKWeb Studios is not liable for:

• Third-party service disruptions
• Content errors or omissions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues arising from client-provided materials

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment for work completed
• All materials and access will be returned/revoked
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

9. Modifications to Terms

RE:THYNKWeb Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
